eCommerce is a staggeringly huge industry! Many (almost
unquantifiable) online transactions take place each and every day right
across the Internet and it has proved to be a lucrative business.
eCommerce is convenient too; I remember the first time I bought an item
from Amazon
– an incredible experience: Tell Amazon what you want, pay for it and
the next morning, there it is, waiting under the letterbox, held hostage
under the watchful eye of a hungry cat. This, I remember thinking, was
shopping for me. And it’s brilliant. Window shopping on the high-street
is ineffective because once you’ve walked far enough away … there’s no
going back. “Window Shopping” on the Internet has become one of
all-time favorite pass-times. With this in mind, there is actually more
chance of me spending money online than on the high-street.

The heart foundation tick
The Heart Foundation Tick has been helping Australians make healthier
food choices for over 20 years. As a trusted, independent not-for
profit program, Tick continuously works with food companies to improve
the nutrition of the foods we eat most often.
Tick’s nutrition standards are tough and stringent so food companies work hard to earn the Tick. And once the Tick is on pack, foods are regularly random tested to ensure they continue to meet our strict nutrition standards.
By looking out for the Tick, shoppers can easily choose healthier products at a glance. They’re healthier because Tick foods are lower in saturated fat, sodium (salt), and kilojoules (energy) but they also contain plenty of the good stuff like fibre, calcium, wholegrains and vegetables.
With more than 1,300 products now approved to use the Tick, you are bound to find a healthier alternative to the foods you usually buy.

Top filmmakers die in NSW chopper crash
Updated February 5, 2012, 3:36 pm
An award-winning American cinematographer and the Australian
writer-producer of one of 2011's top-grossing Australian films have died
in a fiery helicopter crash on the NSW south coast.
The dead men have been named on social media websites as Mike deGruy, aged 60, from Santa Barbara in California, and Andrew Wight, aged 51, from Victoria.
The two died when their helicopter crashed as it was taking off from an airstrip south of Berry on Saturday afternoon.
They were reportedly scouting locations for an upcoming project.
David Bennett, president of the South Coast Recreational Flying Club, said the men had set off to do some filming for a documentary at Jervis Bay.

Tips on getting a girlfriend
tips on how to get a girlfriend, you might be one of the countless males
who've unexpectedly found it unbearable to be single on Valentine's
Day, or any other day for that matter. So here are some tips on how to
get a girlfriend before the next Day of Hearts rolls past and leaves you
alone in the dust.
Short of announcing your availability to the world, a more subtle way of showing you're unattached is to make the rounds. You can't possibly expect to get yourself a girl if you remain locked up in your room, content with dreaming about it. Socialize and mingle. Have friends set you up on dates.
If you're uncomfortable with the idea, perhaps a double date will help. Having two other friends with you for support can lessen the jitters and make you feel more confident and at ease

a2 milk
A2 is a new tape of milk that has hit tasmania, a2 milk has a creamy taste to it and still has that watey taste that coles have at $2 a lt
a2 Milk costs around $5.00
but dont take my word for it.
About a2 Milk™
The Origins of a2 Milk™
There are two main forms of the important cow's milk protein beta-casein found in the cow's milk that you drink. These two forms are known as A1 and A2 beta-casein.
The A2 form of beta-casein has been identified by scientific research to be the original form of beta-casein that would have been produced by cows thousands of years ago.
At some point in history, owing to natural genetic mutation, the A1 form appeared in dairy cattle and was spread throughout dairy herds across Europe, becoming the common form of beta-casein in many breeds of cows.
Traditional cattle breeds such as the zebu, the native Asian cattle and closely related animals such as the water buffalo and yak all still only produce the A2 type of beta-casein.
Some dairy cows still only produce the A2 type of beta-casein and these can be identified and milked to produce a2 Milk™.
